According to Ice Cube, Angel Reese is no Caitlin Clark.
Ice Cube, a co-founder of the Big3 three-on-three men’s basketball league, offered Clark $5 million to join his league while the future WNBA star was still playing for the Iowa Hawkeyes. Clark turned it down.
Cube told TMZ Sports the Sky’s Reese wouldn’t receive a similar offer. That was purely a financial decision, Cube said.
Big3 sponsors believed signing Clark would create a big payday for the league. But “they didn’t tell us the same thing about Angel Reese,” Cube told TMZ. “I don’t know if we can make that same offer,” he said.

Jefferson, an eight-year veteran, appeared in only five games. The Sky will likely look to sign someone immediately.

Cardoso outplayed former college teammate Aliyah Boston in the first half. But the Fever adjusted, showing why Cardoso’s next leap will have to come mentally.

Reese is one technical foul away from receiving a one-game suspension, which the short-handed Sky cannot afford.
