Police say they located the victim on the 200 block of S. Rosewood Avenue in Leoni Township, shortly after 5 p.m.
The shooting happened after an argument between Arrington and the customer. Police say the victim received the food order and the dasher initially left the area.

Arrington continued to drive down the road before turning into a driveway across the street, police say. The victim then walked outside towards the road and was shot by someone in the vehicle.
Officers say they were told by the victim and an eyewitness that the shooter’s car was a Burgundy four-door Jeep and it headed north on S. Rosewood Avenue.
The woman said she and her boyfriend ordered Wendy’s and included directions for the driver to park in the drive, not the muddy area near the yard.

When the driver parked in the muddy area the customer said she confronted the driver telling her she was on her own if she became stuck. At that time the customer says the woman became angry and took off through her neighbor’s yard, tearing up the lawn.
It was then that she said her boyfriend chased Arrington down the road to get photos of her and her car. The customer said the Dasher turned around and came back to the home and began waving a gun around.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound but it was not life-threatening.
Arrington was charged with assault with intent to murder, felony firearms, and a felon in possession of firearms.
