Amanda Kempton, 32, of Reston, Virginia, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, a Class D felony punishable by up to 7 years in prison.

The fatal crash occurred around 2:45 a.m. on June 19. Burack, 40, was found unconscious and critically injured near Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. She had suffered traumatic head injuries, internal damage, and multiple fractures. Despite initial efforts to save her, she later died at Stony Brook University Hospital .

Burack was well known in the luxury real estate market and had a strong following on Instagram and OnlyFans. She worked for Nest Seekers International and was a staple in the Hamptons scene.
