DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado will continue to see unseasonably warm temperatures this weekend as the late-summer-like heat hangs around.
Denver’s weather will be quiet, but the Pinpoint Weather, Colorado’s Most Accurate Forecast, is tracking the potential for big changes late next week.

Both CU and CSU play at home on Saturday. The weather for both games looks good. It’ll be warm for the Rams afternoon kickoff, but cooling throughout the late CU game with partly to mostly cloudy skies in the evening.
Weather tonight: Clearing skies

It’ll be another tranquil night across Colorado. Overnight low temperatures will still be well above normal. The skies will clear.
Weather tomorrow: Warmer with increasing clouds

Saturday will begin sunny but expect clouds to increase in the second half of the afternoon. Temperatures will rebound into the low 80s for northeast Colorado, but the southeast corner of the state will likely see another day in the lower 90s.
Looking ahead: Warm through next week, but changes may be coming
The extended forecast remains largely dry and warm. Temperatures will dip back into the middle 70s Sunday meaning the Broncos game will be very pleasant underneath mostly sunny skies.

There could be changes coming to the forecast for next weekend. While still a ways off, there are signs that a storm system may bring much cooler air and a chance for some needed precipitation.
